Referral Programs

Individual Referrals

Generation-Next will pay a referral fee to participants in our Referral Program. Fee will be up to $500 USD per referral and is subject to the following conditions: 1) Referred candidate must fill out our candidate application which will be sent in response to the referring individual's submission. 2) Referred candidate cannot already be a part of our database. 3) Referred candidate must, after being hired, remain an employee of the hiring company for a period of no less than 60 days. 4) Referred candidate must be hired by an employee within our recruiting network. 5) Referred candidate must be hired by an employee within our network within 6 months of the initial referral by the referring individual. 6) In some instances Generation-Next may promote special promotions or discounted rates for hiring services to specific employers with whom we work. In this case referring individuals may be subject to a partial percentage based referral bonus. 7) Referred candidate can not have already entered in talks or consideration for employment with the employer to which the referral fee would apply.

Referrals will be paid out within 30 days of the referred candidates completion of 60 days of employment by the hiring company. Generation-Next will attempt to contact the referring individual at the email address listed in the submission form. Referring individuals that are unreachable for a period of longer than 60 days will be subject to having their referral fee forfeited. 

Generation-Next reserves the right to remove any referring member from participation in the program with or without notice and for any reason less any monies due to the referring party prior to such removal.

Partner Referrals

Generation-Next will pay a referral fee to participants in our Referral Program. Fee will be up to $1,000 USD per referral and is subject to the following conditions: 1) Referred candidate must fill out our candidate application which will be sent in response to the referring partner's submission. 2) Referred candidate cannot already be a part of our database. 3) Referred candidate must, after being hired, remain an employee of the hiring company for a period of no less than 60 days. 4) Referred candidate must be hired by an employee within our recruiting network. 5) Referred candidate must be hired by an employee within our network within 6 months of the initial referral by the referring partner. 6) In some instances Generation-Next may promote special promotions or discounted rates for hiring services to specific employers with whom we work. In this case referring partners may be subject to a partial percentage based referral bonus. 7) Referred candidate can not have already entered in talks or consideration for employment with the employer to which the referral fee would apply.

Referring partners that are unreachable for a period of longer than 60 days will be subject to having their referral fee forfeited.
